Lo studio è incentrato sul miglioramento delle potenzialità dell’uomo secondo le varie antiche tradizioni popolari occidentali e orientali. Pur non avendo alcuna presunzione scientifica o accademica le teorie, le osservazioni e le ricerche esposte in quasi tutti i miei volumi pubblicati registrano una serie di suggerimenti che andrebberoapprofonditi.

Luca Falace nato a Napoli, Italia, il 15 Dicembre del 1970, Laureato alla Facoltà di Lettere in Conservazione dei Beni Culturali all’indirizzo Storico Artistico Contemporaneo, già nella sua tesi in Antropologia Culturale sul fenomeno delle divinazioni, evidenzia la relazione di tale fenomeno con le origini dell’arte attraverso la ricerca della simbologia del mito, presente nelle tradizioni popolari. Le sue opere d’arte, pubblicate su reti televisive nazionali, su quotidiani e periodici, evidenziano un significato archetipo più profondo del concetto d’arte, ovvero quello mitico e simbolico. Dopo aver insegnato storia dell’arte ha iniziato a pubblicare i suoi libri. Le svariate attività svolte nel corso degli anni contraddistinguono la sua personalità poliedrica: docente di storia dell’arte, creatore di opere pittoriche e musicali, scrittore di oltre una decina di libri pubblicati, designer di prodotti industriali, ideatore di macchinari industriali, mediatore nel settore dei Brevetti Internazionali, imprenditore. Da oltre un decennio è impegnato nello studio dell’analisi antropologica dell’arte, nello studio degli eventi paralleli, da cui la sua teoria sui Sincronismi Creativi, nello studio e nella ricerca inerente la mitologia ermetica e nella promozione dell’arte nel Mondo attraverso i Social Network.

Luca Falace born in Italy, December 15, 1970 . He had a degree at Art Faculty with Historic Artistic Contemporary trend, thesis in cultural Anthropology about the phenomenon of divination. His works of art, published on National Television Networks on newspapers and periodicals, highlight an archetype meaning deaper than the concept of art, ie that mythical and symbolic. After having taught Art history in high schools he started to publish his books. The various activities he carried out over the years distinguished his versatile personality : entrepeneur , teacher of Art history , creator of pictorial and musical works, writer of over twenty published books, designer of

industrial products, creator of industrial machineries and broker in the sector of International Industrial Patents.

ABSTRACT OF THE PATENT

CLAIMS
1. Compressed air machinery with a compressed air press whose floor is equipped with a plurality of five and it is fixed to a pneumatic piston [a] which in its compression action enables the top press to compress any waste present in the five different sections of the machinery, in order to be collected separately in the light air containers available at the bottom of the machine.
2. Compressed air machinery characterized by the fact that the compressed-air piston enables the top of the press, to make inside of the five modules, or the five sections in which the five major municipal waste are present :organic-wet , glass, plastic, metal, paper, the waste collection with the reduction of the eighty percent of the original volume of all major municipal waste.
3. Machinery according to claim 2 characterized by the fact that the portion of rectilinear motion of the press, which goes to compress on municipal waste contained in modules, acts in a differentiated manner in the related compartments at the end of the compression proces
4. Machinery according to claim 3 allows the differentiation of compressed waste deposited with a reduction of the eighty percent of the original volume.
5. Machinery according to claims 1 to 4, characterized by the fact that the device which allows the action of ignition may be variable: with one or more pistons up to five, as many as the section modules of differentiation, with a single switch or individual switches for how many modules housing the waste, with a single foot, or a foot for each form of waste. This depends on the industrialization of machinery; for household or public use, or for practical and economic variants, as regards the production of machinery.
6. Machinery according to claims 1 and 4, characterized by the fact that after the user has introduced each differentiated waste in the appropriate container by means of a small door, the press can work only when all five doors are closed hermetically.
7. Machinery according to claims 1,3,4 characterized by the fact that when the compression process is over, it reduces the size eighty percent of the volume of waste in each module. The compressor waste is conveyed in the individual sections, before their extraction. At the base of each module there is a removable drip tray for emptying the accumulated liquids . In this container it is conveyed the fluid resulting from the compression of the waste ,especially the organic one, and all the others in a smaller quantity: glass, plastic, metal, cardboard. Regarding the section, in particular the form of organic waste-wet, at the base of this form of machinery, there is a drip tray greater than all the others.
8. Machinery according to claims 1 to 7, characterized by the fact that the deposit of the four waste: glass, plastic, metal, cardboard can lie in the conteiner until this is filled and ready tobe emptied.
9. Machinery according to claims 1 to 8, characterized by the fact that all the sections that collect wet waste are subject, at each compression, simultaneously to a sterilization action of the compressed matter.
10. Machinery according to claims 1 to 9 characterized by the fact that the modules present in the machinery have a dedicated small door and a specific inclination downwards, to allow the compressed material, to be collected in any container plasticized in emptying phase.

Compressing machinery powered by compressed air, for domestic and community waste, with a unique press air-operated .

The power derives from an air compressor, made of a surface with five, variable, sections joint to a pneumatic piston, which when activated allows the compression of all the waste found in the sections of the device.

The result is a  compacting of urban and domestic waste and a separate collection of wet waste, plastic, paper, metals and even glass in a separate section.

The compressed waste is collected separately at the bottom of the device.

The models proposed by competitors have some clear disadvantages, first of all they are rotating compactors, that provide the transition and compression of waste via opposite cylinders, positioned in the top part of the device. The sensor is activated by the machinery when it detects waste or hand-operated, but the most important detail is the ability of the device to compress just one residue at a time.

Moreover these models have a single narrow slot in for waste making its employment highly uncomfortable for the user. At the moment the market is composed by companies that produce and sell:

Hand operated compactors, which can be placed on a wall, envisage the user to compress a whole bag of waste at a time by placing it under the lever, this is a cheap but clearly inconvenient solution.

Single compressing bins which make the purchase of various units, for different refuse, compelling and do not, however, compress a large quantity of waste.

Single section, electric compactors which do not solve the separate waste collection problem.
Prototype models of separate waste collection compactors, which we consider our direct competitors, which are pricey solutions and do not guarantee the compression of all types of waste.

GENIUS-OM COMPACTOR

GeniusOm is a start-up which has patented the solution for the disposal of rubbish: a device able to compact most type of waste. Its appearance is similar to most household appliances making it suitable for schools, hospitals, airports, planes and ships.
The machine has been conceived to sort waste in different categories: paper, metals, undifferentiated and wet waste.
There are three available models at the moment suitable for domestic, condominiums and hospital employment, which will all be using the same patented mechanism.

The financing of 250 thousand Euros, to finance the industrial prototype of the compactor geniusom, was never receved by me. The 99% of the competitors winners, whose project was approved during the television programme SHARK TANK ITALY 2015, weren’t financed by the the financers, hosted on the programme, because of the lack of money.
